We are excited to announce our SUMMER YOUTH DEVELOPMENT program powered by Kearny FC!
This supplemental soccer program will not clash with any player's current soccer club or regular season team commitments.
Our primary focus is on improving the physical abilities of our players. With the guidance of our expert coaching staff, who specialize in physical development, we prioritize the players' physical progress as the cornerstone of their growth.
The Summer Youth Development program aims to enhance speed, agility, strength, and power, all while complementing sport-specific soccer training. We offer soccer-specific strength and conditioning, along with a wealth of soccer-specific knowledge, to support individual player development during the off-season.

Soccer attire is a must, and all guidelines must be respected.

New registrants: $253 (NON-Kearny FC player)

PRIOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• Tactical and game-related practice/revisions are introduced to enable players to cope with all aspects of the game.
• Building core motor skills of balance, agility, strength, and body awareness
• Maximize ball contact time while introducing players to key components of attacking, transitioning, and defending
• Improve technical proficiency: ball mastery, passing, receiving, and ball striking
• Implementing a tactical knowledge required of the 4 points of transition
• The Player will demonstrate responsibility and team accountability
• Enhance their tactical understanding
• Fitness and dietary education
