We’re excited to announce that Winter Performance Training is officially OPEN! ⚽❄️  

This program is built to accelerate player development through high-intensity, Futsal-based training, where players experience up to 600% more involvement than in traditional matches.

This winter, give your player the opportunity to train smarter, play faster, and gain confidence on the ball.

We aim to improve your development by creating game-like scenarios and improving decision-making, technical ability in a pressurized situation, and providing the players with more touches on the ball. The heavier ball also increases their power and confidence to take on opponents.  Futsal is a powerful educational tool, driven by the technique in tight spaces and embracing an organized, tactical mindset while emphasizing opportunities for creativity.

Kearny FC returning players: $100

New registrants: $200 (NON-KEARNY FC PLAYER)

PROGRAM DETAILS

    •    Two training sessions per week

    •    60-minute group training sessions

    •    Indoor winter league games at SoFive (separate cost)

    •    Outdoor winter league games in Livingston, NJ (separate cost)

PRIOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • Tactical and game-related practice/revisions are introduced to enable players to cope with all aspects of the game. 
     

  • Building core motor skills of balance, agility, strength, and body awareness
     

  • Maximize ball contact time while introducing players to key components of attacking, transitioning, and defending
     

  • Improve technical proficiency: ball mastery, passing, receiving, and ball striking
     

  • Implementing a tactical knowledge required of the 4 points of transition
     

  • The player will demonstrate responsibility and team accountability
     

  • Enhance their tactical understanding
